Spendrups has chosen M3CS as partner for its journey to Infor CloudSuite

Spendrups Brewery, founded in 1897, is today the largest Swedish family-owned brewery and is currently run by the fourth generation of entrepreneurs. They produce, import, distribute and sell beverages to Swedish restaurants, the Swedish systembolaget and retailers. The group has three breweries located in Grängesberg, Hällefors and Visby.

M3CS and Spendrups have started the process of upgrading their existing Infor M3 solution to the latest version of Infor CloudSuite.

In 2003 Spendrups invested in Movex version 12.4 Java, since then the business system has helped Spendrups to grow and now the next step is beginning. M3CS will together with Spendrups implement a lift from M3 10.1 which is the current release that they use in Infor CloudSuite. After a solid preparatory work internally at Spendrups, where adaptations, integrations and surrounding applications have been carefully mapped, the upgrade to Cloud begins.

In the project we aim to standardize and improve processes as part of the upgrade. During the project, we will evaluate and challenge the business to use the functionality that exists within Infor's "standard". By working with change management, we hope to achieve more efficient working methods and processes. However, the initial scope of change will be limited in order to have a manageable project.

Our project vision is to strengthen Spendrup's leading position by streamlining and standardizing our processes, digitalizing work methods and upgrading to a modern, flexible system solution. This will increase our ability to continuously improve and create value for our customers.

The project will begin with a pre-study in the spring of 2024, and then enter an implementation phase. The planned start of operations will then take place in 2025.

With a consulting team that has solid knowledge in Food & Beverage and specifically in brewing and knowledge of Infor Standard Tooling for Cloud, M3CS has the best conditions to become a very close and strong partner to Spendrups.
